Outpatient Care Center - Springboro splinting changes
Starting April 22, splinting services at in Springboro will require a signed physician order. In order to process the referral accurately, orders by phone can no longer be accepted. To order splinting, please fill out the fax referral form. For more information, call 937-641-5725.
