Vicki Giambrone
Vicki S. Giambrone serves as the vice president for marketing and external relations for The Children’s Medical Center. In her role at Dayton Children’s, Vicki has administrative responsibility for the hospital’s government affairs, branding, marketing communications, child advocacy, patient relations, human resources and organizational development. Vicki is also very involved in professional associations that advocate for children. She is currently a member of the Child Advocacy Committee of the Ohio Children’s Hospitals Association and is active with the National Association of Children’s Hospitals and is a past board member of the Ohio Network of Child Advocacy Centers. In addition, Vicki is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and is board certified in health care administration and earned both her bachelor’s and masters degrees from the University of Dayton.
Vicki is also active in the community. Currently she serves as vice mayor for the City of Beavercreek and serves on numerous community boards and committees including the Board of the Ronald McDonald House. In 2000, Vicki was awarded the Circle of Distinction Award from the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development for her work in building the community partnership that led to establishing Care House Children’s Advocacy Center. In addition, she has also been recognized as one of the Dayton Daily News Top Ten Women, named Dayton YWCA's “Woman of Influence” and Dayton Area Public Relations Society of America's Communicator of the Year.
She earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degrees from University of Dayton. She has been married to her husband Jack for 25 years and they have a daughter, Quintina.
